We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven outside sales representative to represent two iconic brands – Dart and SOLO products.

What You’ll Do

As a manufacturer’s representative, you will generate sales by calling on an established network of distributors and prospecting for new business by calling on end-users (e.g., hospitals, universities, restaurants) in an assigned territory including St. Louis, MO. Your responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating professionally with co-workers to foster harmony and productivity.
  • Analyzing customer inquiries and opportunities, negotiating solutions related to service, quality, pricing, and representation.
  • Connecting different aspects of customers and the marketplace to identify needs and solutions.
  • Securing and reporting market and competitive information relevant to Dart products.
  • Resolving customer inquiries systematically in service, quality, and pricing areas.
  • Documenting account information in CRM systems and attending tradeshows, meetings, and events as needed.

What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor's degree with 3 years of outside sales experience in food service, paper distribution, or related fields, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Residency in the St. Louis, MO metropolitan area.
  • Strong relationship-building, growth-driving, and opportunity-pursuing skills.
  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Experience with CRM software such as Salesforce is preferred.
