We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven outside sales representative to represent two iconic brands - Dart and SOLO products.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a manufacturer's representative, you will generate sales by calling on an established network of distributors as well as prospect for new business by calling on end-users (e.g., hospitals, universities, restaurants) in an assigned territory that includes St. Louis, MO. In addition to making daily sales calls, you will:

  • Collaborate with co-workers in a professional manner to foster harmony and productivity.
  • Analyze customer inquiries and opportunities, negotiating solutions related to service, quality, pricing, and representation.
  • Identify customer needs, motives, and solutions by linking different aspects of the marketplace.
  • Secure and report market and competitive information relevant to selling Dart products.
  • Resolve customer inquiries systematically regarding service, quality, and pricing.
  • Document account information in a CRM system and attend occasional tradeshows, meetings, and events.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

  • Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of outside sales experience in food service, paper distribution, or a related field, including product/service sales to customers/businesses. An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Residency in the St. Louis, MO metropolitan area
  • Strong relationship-building, growth-driving, and opportunity-pursuing skills
  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Experience with CRM software such as Salesforce is preferred
