Job summary

Plastpro, Inc. is seeking a District Sales Manager to drive sales growth across a designated Virginia territory.

The role requires frequent travel (approximately 80%) and responsibilities include building strong relationships with dealers, builders, distributors and independent reps, plus hands-on account management. The position reports to the National Sales Manager and involves territory management, reporting, product knowledge sharing, and quarterly meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in sales, customer service, or telemarketing.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively and work independently.
• Proficiency with digital tools such as laptop, mobile communication, MS Office, and CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed sales targets by acquiring new accounts and growing existing customer sales.
• Visit dealers/builders weekly and conduct monthly meetings with distributors.
• Provide product knowledge (PK) and sales training sessions for customers.
• Submit weekly sales and trip expense reports to HQ.
• Travel to HQ and our Ohio manufacturing plant as needed.
• Manage a monthly travel and expense budget, staying within a 15% variance threshold.
