Job summary

Plastpro Inc. is seeking a District Sales Manager in Pennsylvania to drive revenue growth by engaging dealers, builders, distributors, and reps. The role requires 80% travel and involves account management, sales reporting, and customer engagement.

You will visit customers weekly, conduct training sessions, and manage pricing approvals while coordinating with HQ and the Ohio plant. Work from a home office when not traveling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in sales, customer service, or telemarketing.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed sales targets by acquiring new accounts and growing existing customer sales.
• Visit dealers/builders weekly and conduct monthly meetings with distributors.
• Provide product knowledge and sales training sessions for customers.
• Submit weekly sales and trip expense reports to HQ.
