Job summary

Medtronic Neuroscience, a global leader in neurological and chronic pain therapies, seeks a District Sales Manager for Pain Interventions. The role is remote within the Indiana/Kentucky region with 50% travel to accounts, requiring a valid driver’s license and a track record in medical sales leadership.

The successful candidate will develop strategies, coach field teams, and drive sales objectives while aligning with Medtronic’s commitment to quality and patient care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or advanced degree with sales/leadership experience.
• 5 years medical sales experience; leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to achieve short and long-term business objectives.
• Utilize field visits and group meetings and telephone contacts to train and develop employees in sales skills, product knowledge, teamwork, time and territory management, competitive knowledge, and career goals pursuits.
• Coordinate sales efforts across the district and region to meet unit and revenue goals.
• Provide ongoing feedback, coaching, and regular performance reviews for team members.
• Recruit and interview candidates to maintain a strong talent bench for open positions.
