Job summary

Medtronic is seeking a Sales Representative III, Pain Therapies to manage a territory by initiating and developing implanting centers and referral networks. The role is field-based and remote, requiring residence within the territory and travel to multiple accounts. A valid driver’s license is essential.

The candidate will build physician and payor relationships, support therapy deployment, and collaborate with surgical teams to drive referrals and improve patient access across the region.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (or equivalent) and 8+ years of relevant sales, clinical, or related experience in medical device, Medtech, healthcare or life sciences; or
• Associates Degree and 6+ years of relevant sales, clinical, or related experience in medical device, Medtech, healthcare or life sciences; or
• Bachelor's Degree and 4+ years of relevant sales, clinical, or related experience in medical device, Medtech, healthcare or life sciences.

Responsibilities

• Sells implantable devices for specific therapies to physicians, institutions, payors, and other appropriate medical staff
• Partners with strategic implanting centers to develop the account/implant er practice through
• providing product and therapy technical support and service,
• including consultation at strategic management and analysis of sales trends
• utilization of appropriate Neuro business partners to present marketing and business plans toaccounts for territory development and growth
• Other activities as they arise, as assigned by the sales leadership
• Ensures personal understanding of all quality policy/system items that are personally applicable
• Follows all work/quality procedures to ensure quality system compliance and high quality work
