What We're Looking For:
We’re on the lookout for a motivated, high-energy, results-driven District Sales Manager-Midwest US. You willbe responsible for driving sales growth and expanding market share across the midwest territory. This role requires a strong background in B2B sales, account management, and customer relationship development—ideally within the industrial manufacturing or protective case markets.
The ideal candidate will have a track record of success in managing a multi-state region, identifying new business opportunities, and partnering with distributors, OEMs, and end users. Experience in selling plastic molded products or technical solutions is highly preferred.

A Day in The Life...
This role is pivotal in driving our ambitious goals for customer acquisition and revenue growth. Ideal candidates thrive in partner collaboration, excel in lead generation, and are adept at closing sales. This is a remote role.

  • Hunt for New Business: You'll be a proactive sales "hunter" eager to identify and close new opportunities.
  • Manage & Grow Accounts: Take charge of existing accounts, nurturing relationships to maximize their potential while driving growth and ensuring continued satisfaction.
  • Sell with Passion: Present, promote, and sell our world-class products and services to existing and prospective customers. You’ll aim high, achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets in your territory.

  • Travel & Build Relationships: Hit the road and the skies to develop new accounts and maintain strong relationships with existing customers. You’ll be out there, making a lasting impact.
  • Generate Leads: Reach out to potential customers through cold calls, lead generation sources, and networking to build a strong pipeline.
  • Win Back Lost Clients: Don’t shy away from reactivating dormant accounts, giving them new life with fresh solutions.
  • Own Your Territory: Build, develop, and grow your customer database, ensuring positive relationships and maximizing sales potential.
  • Stay Ahead of the Game: Attend trade shows, sales meetings, and corporate events to keep up with industry trends and share our company vision.
  • Analyze & Report: Provide insightful reports on customer needs, market trends, and competitive activities to fuel strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work hand-in-hand with marketing, customer service, and other teams to ensure smooth sales processes and exceed customer expectations.
Skills You'll Need To Have:
  • 5-8 years of sales and negotiation experience.
  • Sales experience in the packaging or protective case industry? That’s a big plus!
  • A college degree or relevant certifications that complement your expertise.
  • You’re based in the US West and ready to travel as needed.
  • A rock-solid communicator, both written and verbal, who knows how to close deals.
  • CRM experience is a must – you know how to make data work for you.
  • Autonomous, adaptable, and versatile – you thrive when given independence but know how to be a team player.
  • A problem solver with sharp analytical skills, business savvy, and global vision.
  • Attend trade shows, sales meetings, and special events as needed.
What We’re Offering
Base Salary: $130k-150k
Bonus:Paid out annually
