Nucor Building Systems is seeking a Developmental District Sales Manager (DDSM) in South Carolina. This full-time, salaried role is designed as a career development pathway to prepare you for a District Sales Manager position within our sales organization.

The program includes hands-on learning, department rotations, mentoring, and monthly workshops with DSMs across the country. After completion, relocation to an assigned territory and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Experience in sales or customer service.
• Willingness to relocate after program completion.
• Ability to travel regularly for workshops and shadowing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Engage in developmental learning to prepare for a District Sales Manager role.
• Attend monthly workshops and participate in territory shadowing.
• Rotate through departments to understand product creation to delivery.
