You will gain hands-on experience across departments, learn our metal building systems, and participate in monthly workshops with DDSMs nationwide. Travel is required; relocation to an assigned territory will occur after the program.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
• Willingness to pursue a path to District Sales Manager.

Responsibilities

• Attend monthly workshops with other DDSMs from around the country.
• Self-study using materials to learn sales strategies, design, profitability and more.
• Participate in department rotations to learn products, production, customers and process from concept to finished product.
• Mentoring and shadowing with DSMs; travel to builders and learn from sales teams.
