Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Owns and drives sales strategy for the Eastern North Carolina district.
• Directs resources to achieve profitable revenue growth and district targets.
• Forecasts, analyzes, and reports district performance and market trends.
• Builds and sustains relationships with key district customers and vendors.
• Leads staffing, development, and succession planning for the sales team.
• Mentors inside and outside sales teams to improve performance and results.
