Hyundai Motor Company is seeking a District Sales Manager to guide dealers in sales support, product distribution, and promotional activities. The role involves partnering with dealers to meet sales targets and improve customer satisfaction across a district.

Primary responsibilities include reviewing dealer performance, coordinating promotions, and supporting CRM initiatives while ensuring fair, data-driven decisions and effective communication within the team.

Qualifications

• Must be a high school graduate.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Six or more years of experience, with at least three in automotive wholesale.
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Strong computer skills – Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• The District Sales Manager will assist dealers in all dealership operations including sales support, product distribution, merchandising, advertising, customer assistance and sales training.
• Attain regularly assigned wholesale and retail vehicle sales objectives.
• Ensure dealer/district market representation standards of facility, signage, management and capital.
• Attain Customer Satisfaction Performance Objectives.
• Review, analyze and provide consultation on dealership business performance including profitability and working capital.
