Job summary

Sysco Cincinnati, LLC is seeking a District Sales Manager to lead performance across Sales Consultants in the Cincinnati district. You will coach, develop talent, and drive profitable case and GP growth through strategic leadership and hands-on coaching.

You will guide district sales teams, run weekly coaching sessions, and align with national campaigns while leveraging CRM tools to maximize customer engagement and sales efficiency.

Qualifications

• High School education required.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years growing profitable sales in the foodservice industry.
• 5+ years foodservice sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages the performance and development of Sales Consultants within the district.
• Engages in coaching and direction via weekly work-withs.
• Leads Friday district meetings to educate and motivate.
• Directs Customer Engagement with expanded service options and team selling.
• Maintains continuous improvement mindset in technology, sales and product knowledge.
• Leverages CRM and Sysco tools for planning and forecasting growth.
