Job summary

Wyffels Hybrids Inc. in York, Nebraska seeks a District Sales Manager to lead our territory of York and Seward counties, drive growth, and build strong grower relationships.

You will recruit and train independent seed representatives, tailor product placement and agronomic solutions, and analyze market data to boost share while representing Wyffels at field days and meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in agriculture or related field required.
• 3–5 years seed sales experience preferred.
• Strong marketing and sales techniques, exceptional communication and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Connect and grow in territory by building and maintaining relationships with current and prospective customers.
• Deliver tailored solutions on product selection, placement and agronomics for customers.
• Recruit, train and motivate independent Seed Representatives to succeed.
• Strategize and analyze district territory to boost market share and drive demand for Wyffels Hybrids.
• Drive results by implementing company programs to maximize sales, ROI and customer success.
• Share insights and provide market feedback to guide product performance and sales strategies.
• Promote and present Wyffels at field days, district meetings and presentations.
• Innovate and collaborate by recruiting for on-farm trials and coordinating with departments while managing inventory.
