Overview: In this role, you will lead, coach, and manage Sales Representatives within a specific geographical area to drive volume and market share growth. You will develop and manage a designated region, leading activities of Sales Representatives to achieve sales objectives.

Responsibilities:
  1. Lead, manage, and develop the skills and performance of sales representatives in the district.
  2. Recruit, hire, train, develop, and coach new and existing sales representatives to ensure high performance.
  3. Drive awareness, understanding, utilization, and sales of a launch product through effective leadership and development of the sales team.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years in pharmaceutical, medical, or related sales; 5+ years in the healthcare industry.
  • At least 3 years of successful district/regional field management experience.
Desired Experience:
  • Launch experience preferred.
  • Experience in women’s health or anti-infectives marketplace preferred.
Compensation:

The annual base salary ranges from $150,000 to $160,000, with potential commissions/bonuses based on performance. Actual salary varies based on qualifications, skills, and role proficiency.
