You provide the vision, set the pace and inspire success.

In this role, you will lead, coach, and manage Sales Representatives within a specific geographical area. This is an opportunity to generate volume and market share growth through the development and management of a designated region. Your responsibilities include:

  1. Leading, managing, and developing the skill sets and overall performance of the sales representatives in the district.
  2. Recruiting, hiring, training, developing, and coaching new and existing sales representatives to ensure a high-performing team.
  3. Driving awareness, understanding, utilization, and sales of a launch product through leadership and development of the sales team.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in pharmaceutical, medical, or related medical sales; 5+ years in the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry.
  • At least 3 years of successful district/regional field management experience.

Desired Requirements:

  • Launch experience preferred.
  • Experience in women’s health or anti-infectives marketplace preferred.

The annual base salary ranges from $150,000 to $160,000, based on qualifications and experience. Additional compensation may include commissions or bonuses based on performance.
