Job summary

Rymco LLC, an Authorized Cricket Wireless retailer, seeks a District Manager to oversee up to 10 Cricket Wireless retail locations. This role drives Gross Profit, New Lines, and Upgrades while ensuring operational excellence and developing Store Managers and Sales Advocates.

Strong leadership and coaching experience are required, with a proven sales leadership track record. Travel within the district is expected; base salary plus commission, with health, dental, and vision coverage and PTO.

Qualifications

• We are seeking a District Manager with strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Experience managing multiple retail locations is strongly preferred in telecom or retail.
• Excellent communication, data analysis, and scheduling skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead up to 10 Cricket Wireless store locations to achieve district targets.
• Coach Store Managers and Sales Advocates to drive Gross Profit, New Lines, and Upgrades.
• Analyze performance reports and implement improvement plans.
