Job summary

Rymco LLC, an authorized Cricket Wireless retailer in Morristown, is seeking a highly motivated Retail Sales Manager to lead our store team. You will drive sales, deliver exceptional customer service, and manage operations with a hands-on leadership style.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in customer service and sales, 1+ year of management, and a valid driver's license. The role offers hourly pay with commissions, paid training, and benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• 2+ years of sales experience.
• 1+ year of management experience (preferred).
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Ability to work retail hours: Mon-Sat 9 AM–8 PM, Sun 12 PM–5 PM.

Responsibilities
