Job summary

Rymco LLC, an Authorized Cricket Wireless retailer in East TN, seeks a District Manager to oversee up to 10 Cricket Wireless locations. Lead sales teams, drive profitability, and model exceptional customer experience across the district.

The role emphasizes coaching Store Managers, scaling operations, and executing district strategies with executive leadership. Strong leadership and data-driven decision making are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• 2+ years of sales leadership experience, preferably in retail or telecommunications.
• Experience managing multiple retail locations is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed district-wide sales targets, focusing on Gross Profit, New Lines, and Upgrades.
• Conduct weekly one-on-one and team meetings with Store Managers to review sales performance and goals.
• Maintain company standards in organization, customer experience, and store appearance.
• Conduct inventory counts and share best practices for ensuring accuracy and reducing shrink.
• Enforce policies around cash handling and ensure accurate accounting.
