Rymco LLC seeks a District Manager to oversee up to 10 Cricket Wireless retail locations. You will drive district sales, Gross Profit, New Lines, and Upgrades while coaching Store Managers and Sales Advocates to achieve top performance.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of sales leadership, strong coaching skills, and hands-on leadership in a multi-store retail environment. 75% travel within the district is expected, with a base focus on profitability and customer experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• 2+ years of sales leadership experience, preferably in retail or telecommunications.
• Experience managing multiple retail locations is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee up to 10 Cricket Wireless retail locations and drive district performance.
• Elevate Gross Profit, New Lines, and Upgrades across the district.
• Coach and develop Store Managers and Sales Advocates to build a high-performing team.
• Ensure operational excellence: inventory accuracy, cash handling, and policy compliance.
• Travel approximately 75% within the district to support stores and initiatives.
