Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands seeks a District Sales Manager for the Arizona market. You will report to the West Regional Manager and drive profitable growth and market development across our MBCI and Metal Sales Brands.

You will build market plans, analyze customers and competition, and work with contractors to expand opportunities while coordinating with internal teams to ensure an excellent customer experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of proven sales/marketing and/or sales management experience.
• Experience in commercial construction and/or building materials.
• Willingness to travel 50–60% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement market plans for the Arizona territory.
• Sell to sub-contractors, general contractors and roofing contractors.
• Maintain comprehensive product knowledge across Cornerstone brands.
• Collaborate with internal departments to optimize the customer experience.
• Analyze market conditions and respond strategically.
