Job summary

Paychex Deutschland GmbH seeks a District Sales Manager to drive growth across product lines, recruit and guide sales staff, and ensure achievement of corporate objectives within budget. You will cultivate partnerships and manage budgets while representing the company with integrity and client focus.

In this role you will develop a referral network, lead training, and collaborate with branch managers to solve problems and meet goals. This is a full-time position based in Los Angeles, CA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, business administration, or marketing.
• 3 years of experience in sales or marketing.
• Sales management and budgeting experience preferred.
• Experience with sales forecasting and reporting preferred.
• Experience developing sales strategy and prospecting new clients.

Responsibilities

• Manages district sales effort to increase client base via approved programs.
• Recruits, selects, and directs sales staff to meet corporate goals.
• Identifies potential management candidates for Zone Manager.
• Manages line-by-line items of budgets.
• Projects a positive image in representing the corporation to clients.
• Works with branch managers on mutual objectives and problem-solving.
• Ensures accuracy of weekly activity reports and audits commissions/expenses.
• Initiates, participates in, and supervises ongoing sales training.
• Develops a referral network through CPAs, enrolled agents, and bookkeepers.
