Job summary

Paychex is seeking a District Sales Manager to lead our district sales efforts, build strong client relationships, and drive growth in line with corporate objectives. You will recruit and coach sales staff, manage budgets, and collaborate with branch managers to achieve shared goals.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of outside sales leadership experience, with 2 years in HCM preferred. Base pay plus commissions and a comprehensive benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Marketing.
• 3 years of experience in Outside Sales Leadership.
• 2 years of experience in HCM - Preferred.
• Outside Sales - Required.

Responsibilities

• Lead district sales efforts and meet or exceed objectives within budget.
• Recruit, select, and direct sales staff to meet corporate goals.
• Develop mutual objectives with branch managers and coaches for success.
• Cultivate referral networks among CPAs, enrolled agents, and bookkeepers.
• Ensure customer success and retention for MMS client base and related solutions.
