Job summary

Paychex is seeking a District Sales Manager to lead district sales and grow the client base within the Miami area. You will guide strategic programs, recruit and mentor sales staff, and manage budgets to achieve corporate objectives.

You will build relationships with CPAs, enrolled agents, and bookkeepers while partnering with branch managers to align goals and drive performance. A bachelor's degree in business-related fields and 3+ years in sales/marketing are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Marketing.
• 3 years of experience in Sales or marketing.
• Experience in sales leadership or management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead district sales efforts and expand client base.
• Recruit, train, and direct sales staff to meet goals.
• Manage budgets and monitor forecasts & expenses.
• Develop referral networks with CPAs, enrolled agents, and bookkeepers.
