Job summary

Paychex seeks a District Sales Leader to drive revenue growth by executing strategic sales and marketing programs and leading a high-performance team. You will implement approved initiatives to ensure district targets are met and exceeded while managing budgets and collaborating across service, HR/OD, and other sales divisions.

The role emphasizes coaching, recruitment, and developing leadership talent, with travel for incentives, training, and area meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred in Accounting, Business Administration, or Marketing.
• 3 years of experience in Sales or Marketing.
• Experience in Sales Management or Leadership roles preferred.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and meet revenue targets.
• Strong problem solving and strategic planning capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales team to meet activity metrics and revenue quotas as directed by the Zone Manager.
• Coach and train sales reps in product knowledge, competition, and sales skills.
• Manage product-line performance within district budgets and strategic objectives.
• Recruit, select, and direct staff to meet goals and forecasted targets.
• Develop referral networks within CPA, enrolled agent, and bookkeeper communities.
