Job summary

Paychex is seeking a District Sales Leader to spearhead expansion of our client base and revenue growth across the district. You will implement strategic sales and marketing programs and lead a team to meet and exceed targets.

The role requires coaching, budgeting, recruitment, and cross-functional collaboration with service and HR/OD teams. Travel for training and incentives may be required, with Paychex values guiding every interaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in accounting, business administration, or marketing.
• 3 years of experience in Sales or marketing.
• Sales management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team in meeting activity metrics and revenue quotas as directed by the Zone Manager.
• Coach and train sales representatives in technical knowledge, competitive knowledge, and sales skills.
• Manage budgets and coordinate with other sales divisions to achieve corporate goals.
• Recruit, select, and direct sales staff to meet or exceed corporate goals.
• Travel for sales incentive trips, training, and area meetings as required.
