Job summary

Magnolia Foods LLC in Mira Loma, CA seeks an experienced District Sales Leader to oversee and grow our sales operations across Independent Distributors in the LA Central area, covering Downey, Norwalk, Carson, Lakewood, Torrance, Whittier, Paramount.

The role focuses on frontline leadership, coaching IBPs, achieving sales targets, and ensuring service quality across retail, wholesale and food service channels, with strong emphasis on relationship building and territory growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in customer service, DSD, or route operations preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration preferred (or equivalent experience).
• Proven ability to deliver high-level customer service and resolve issues effectively.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales targets through superior customer service and development of accounts.
• Recruit, onboard, and train IBPs on order management and merchandising best practices.
• Ensure execution of CMA fixtures and promotional displays; report store activity and assist big events.
• Support inventories, displays, and store resets; drive revenue growth with customers.
• Collaborate with customers to support sales initiatives and opportunities.
• Mentor IBPs and ensure safety, invoicing, and merchandising protocols.
• Foster continuous improvement through coaching and feedback.
