Job summary

Sysco Northeast Rdc in Colorado Springs area seeks a District Sales Manager to oversee the performance and development of Sales Consultants. The role focuses on coaching, mentorship, and driving profitable case and gross profit growth while maintaining a strong customer engagement strategy.

The DSM will lead district meetings, leverage Sysco CRM and CMP/QPP processes, and manage territory planning with top customers and high-value prospects. Relocation is not approved for this position.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent and a related bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of profitable sales growth in foodservice; 5+ years preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, coaching and organizational skills; able to work with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage performance and development of Sales Consultants within the district.
• Conduct 3–5 SC coaching sessions per week.
• Lead district meetings to drive behavior changes and sales.
• Oversee customer engagement and expand service channel options for Sysco customers.
• Coach and train associates using Sysco processes and CRM tooling.
• Plan territory and manage key accounts and high-value prospects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet sales and GP growth objectives.
• Analyze reports and maintain accurate sales budgets and records.
• Participate in trainings and assist with onboarding of new employees.
