Job summary

Performance Foodservice in Cullman, AL, is seeking a district sales supervisor to oversee the sales staff and drive profitable growth. You will help set regional sales plans and ensure execution in line with company goals.

You will lead training, coach performance, and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors, delivering excellent service while managing budgets and accounts receivable as part of the team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• 4–6 years of foodservice sales and team lead or supervisory experience.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Supervises sales staff including staffing, training, coaching, and performance management.
• Develops sales staff on product knowledge and policies via monthly meetings.
• Attains targeted sales within budgetary guidelines.
• Addresses customer needs and builds trust with internal/external partners.
• Participates in major account presentations and analyzes competition.
• Interacts with customers and vendors to resolve questions and issues.
• Manages major account prospect lists and processes rebates.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
