Qualifications

• 4–6 years in foodservice sales with team lead or supervisory experience.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Supervises sales staff, including staffing, training, coaching and performance management.
• Achieve targeted sales within budgetary guidelines and manage the department.
• Develop customer relationships and address customer needs and issues.
• Develop and deliver monthly or periodic sales meetings and major account pitches.
• Attend industry events and analyze competition.
