A leading company in safety services is seeking a District Safety Coordinator for their Dallas, Fort Worth & Tyler offices. The role focuses on implementing safety programs, conducting site visits, and ensuring compliance with OSHA standards. The District Safety Coordinator is responsible for understanding the vision of the Firetrol Corporate Safety Department and coordinating the implementation of the safety program on the local level for our Dallas, Fort Worth & Tyler, TX offices.
The following duties and/or responsibilities will be the daily focus of this position:
Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures. Review reports from Firetrol’s Learning Management System to promote completion of district and corporate safety training requirements. Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor.
The successful candidate will be expected to possess the following:
Must be able to visit construction sites and facilities where walking, climbing ladders and stairs, navigating rooftops, and walking on uneven surfaces is required. Ability to enter and maneuver in crawl spaces, attics, or areas where fire protection systems may be installed. Ability to see and identify hazards at a distance. Ability to work in extreme temperatures, such as freezers, attics, or high-temperature facilities.
