Job summary

Alsco Uniforms is seeking a District Manager to oversee daily route operations and delivery performance. You will lead service teams, coach drivers, and ensure responsive customer service while enforcing safety policies and DOT regulations where applicable.

The role reports to the Service Manager and requires strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and proven leadership in logistics or route management.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in route operations, delivery management, or logistics leadership.
• 1+ years of direct leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong communication, customer service, and conflict resolution skills.
• Valid driving license and a driving record clean of major violations; must be 21+.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily execution of delivery and service routes for accuracy and efficiency.
• Manage route schedules, territory coverage, and workload distribution.
• Lead, coach, and develop route drivers and service team members.
• Respond to escalated customer concerns, service issues, and delivery challenges.
• Promote safety policies, DOT regulations (if applicable), and procedures.
