Job summary

Driveline in Indianapolis is seeking a highly motivated Retail Operations Manager to lead 100+ hourly associates across 200+ retail locations in a specific market. You will recruit, train, and manage staff while ensuring quality execution of merchandising initiatives and frequent travel to job sites.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and the ability to drive on-time project delivery within budget.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent supervisory/management experience.
1–2 years of retail or field operations experience.
Firm understanding of Retail and/or Retail Merchandising practices.

Responsibilities

Train and mentor hourly employees within market area.
Maintain 95%+ on-time execution rate for all projects.
Foster interactive relationships with retailers and client personnel.
Verbal communication with assigned employees on a consistent basis.
Deliver timely responses to team with actionable follow-ups.
Plan staffing to meet client project requirements.
Manage district costs such as drivetime, mileage, and overtime.
Control merchandising expenses including overtime, drivetime, mileage, and related travel costs.
Cultivate a flexible labor pool to handle routine business spikes.
Travel with a Regional team to drive execution excellence.
Handle employee relations with HR and Leave Departments.
