Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Arkansas is seeking a District Manager to oversee the performance, cost controls, and safety of multiple retail stores in an assigned region. You will work under the Vice President of Donated Goods and coordinate with Directors of Stores and Operations to achieve annual goals and maintain ACE culture.

The role requires strong leadership, budgeting, and compliance skills, with ability to travel and lead diverse teams in a mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of related experience and/or training.
• 5+ years of management experience.
• Strong communication, analytical and HR systems skills.
• Experience with budgets, KPIs, and loss prevention.

Responsibilities

• Guide and oversee Store Managers to meet financial and customer service goals.
• Conduct quarterly store audits for compliance and efficiency.
• Monitor financial performance and KPIs weekly to ensure budget goals.
• Provide training and development for management teams.
• Prepare reports on financials, production, and expenses.
• Hire, train, and evaluate staff; manage promotions and disciplinary actions.
• Ensure compliance with governmental and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain loss prevention standards and security.
• Assist in retail expansion plans and new store openings.
• Lead change across the retail enterprise.
