Job summary

Goodwill Industries International, Inc. is seeking a dynamic Director of Donated Goods Retail to lead multiple stores across the district. You will blend strategic leadership with hands-on support, driving operational excellence and safety standards.

You will hire, coach and develop store teams, manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and report to senior leaders. Occasional travel within the district and flexible hours are expected to sustain a mission-driven retail operation.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in business or related field or 5 years relevant experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities
