QDOBA Mexican Eats in Columbia, SC is seeking a General Manager to lead with passion and QDOBA spirit. You’ll drive guest experiences, hire and develop a strong team, and own restaurant operations from budgeting to scheduling.

As the flavor captain, you will cultivate growth, accountability, and community ties while ensuring safety and cleanliness from open to close. This is a full-time, on-site leadership role offering growth within Thrive Restaurant Group.

• 2+ years in restaurant management (fast casual or full service)
• Track record of building strong teams & mentoring future leaders
