Position Summary: Under the direction of the Director of Recruitment, the District Recruiter plays a vital role in achieving recruitment goals by assisting in researching, developing, and implementing effective strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified applicants for the District.

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Education: A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in education, public administration, human resources management, business, management science, operations research, organizational behavior, or a closely related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
2. Experience: At least three (3) years in project management or a related field, including recruitment, project management techniques and tools, group organization, communication, material preparation, candidate cultivation, task management, and financial analysis.

Specialized Knowledge, Licenses, etc.:

• Knowledge of human resources, legal or employment processes in educational settings.
• Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems and HR information systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites and Google Drive.
• Familiarity with recruitment platforms such as Glassdoor, Indeed, etc.
• Experience with Fountain, MUNIS, and PowerSchool is preferred.
• Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
