Position Information: The Receptionist will greet, assist, and provide information to community members, visitors, and other guests of the organization. This position operates the District's central telephone switchboard and greets building visitors. The position schedules conference room use, coordinates the posting of community e-fliers, and provides clerical support to Community Relations staff and other departments as required. Shift Details: 7 hours a day; 220 day calendar Continuing Position: Employees have reasonable assurance of continued employment to the following school year. However, an employee's total work hours, work locations, and the designated beginning and ending times may vary.
