Job summary

Think Together in California is seeking a Program Supervisor III to lead the districtwide implementation of our specialized programs, ensuring safe, high‑quality operations aligned with policy and district expectations. You will oversee 50–100 staff, manage budgets, and act as the primary liaison to district leaders and donors.

The role demands strategic, hands‑on leadership and the ability to work flexible hours including before/after school, weekends, and breaks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of experience in education/youth programs.
• 2+ years in a supervisory or leadership role preferred.
• Strong communication with students, parents, and staff.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain within 60 days of hire.
• Background check clearance (DOJ & FBI).

Responsibilities

• Lead districtwide implementation of specialized programs across 8–20 school sites.
• Supervise 50–100 staff with coaching and accountability.
• Oversee program budgets and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with contracts, safety standards, and district requirements.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition and district stakeholders for staffing and updates.
