Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a District Support Pharmacist (DSP) to support multiple stores within the district, ensuring safe dispensing, counseling, and patient care. You will cover scheduling gaps, oversee pharmacy operations, and act as the Pharmacy Manager's proxy when needed.

The role requires travel within the district, maintaining compliance with pharmacy procedures, and coaching staff to provide Compassionate care and teamwork while delivering immunizations and managing inventory.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist license in the state where the store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Cover pharmacist scheduling gaps across stores in the district as directed by Pharmacy Manager and DL.
• Support safe prescription fulfillment and pharmacy workflow.
• Assist with immunizations, patient counseling, and inventory management.
