Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a District Support Pharmacist (DSP) to cover pharmacist scheduling gaps across stores in the district, supporting the Pharmacy Manager and District Leader to ensure safe and effective patient care.

The DSP will travel within the district, supervise bench shifts, and help manage prescription fulfillment, immunizations, inventory, and patient counseling while maintaining compliance with all laws and CVS Health policies.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Travel within the district to fill pharmacist shifts as scheduled.
• Support safe and accurate prescription fulfillment and follow workflow procedures.
• Coach and support the pharmacy team to deliver compassionate patient care and resolve insurance or medication issues.
