Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI)
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.
• Experience in patient counseling and clinical care.
• Ability to travel within a reasonable radius to support market staffing

Responsibilities

• Cover pharmacist scheduling gaps within the district
• Assist Pharmacy Manager and District Leader in pharmacy operations
• Ensure safe and accurate prescription fulfillment and workflow adherence
• Lead and coach pharmacy team to deliver compassionate care
• Provide immunizations and participate in testing and preventive services where permissible
• Maintain compliance with federal and state laws and CVS policies
