Job summary

The role requires an active state pharmacist license, an active NPI, and adherence to federal and state laws.
Qualifications
- Must hold an active pharmacist license in the state where the store is located.
- Must have an active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
- Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.
Responsibilities
- Travel within a reasonable radius to support market staffing as business needs require.
- Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
- Ability to complete required training within designated timeframe.
- Support pharmacy operations and patient care by following workflows and providing guidance to staff.
