Job summary

The role requires travel within the district, coverage of pharmacist scheduling gaps, and collaboration with the Pharmacy Manager to maintain high service standards while delivering immunizations and clinical care where permissible.

Qualifications

• Active pharmacist license in the store state.
• Active NPI number.
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Travel within a reasonable radius to support market staffing.
• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Complete required trainings within designated timeframe.
• Confirm prescription information and label accuracy to ensure patient safety.
• Assist with immunizations and clinical care where permissible.
• Maintain inventory and protect cold chain products.
