Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a District Support Pharmacist (DSP) to cover pharmacist scheduling gaps across stores in the district. You will support the pharmacy team, ensure safe dispensing, and provide patient-centered care including immunizations and clinical services where permissible.

The role requires an active pharmacist license in the store's state and an active NPI. Travel within the district will be required; this is a part-time position with roughly 20 hours per week and a base hourly pay

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safe and accurate prescription fulfillment and counseling.
• Cover pharmacist scheduling gaps and support pharmacy team operations.
• Demonstrate compassionate patient care and help resolve insurance issues.
• Assist with immunizations and clinical care as allowed; support testing/prescribing where permissible.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state laws and CVS Health policies.
