Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a District Support Pharmacist to help maintain pharmacy operations across stores in the district. You will cover scheduling gaps, supervise the pharmacy team, and ensure safe dispensing, counseling, and immunizations while upholding CVS policies.

Travel within the district is required to support market staffing, with regular duties including patient care coordination and proactive problem resolution for insurance and medication issues.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Traveling the district to fill pharmacist shifts as scheduled by the District Performance Coordinator (DPC).
• Overseeing the pharmacy and serving as the Pharmacy Manager's proxy during bench shifts without overlap.
• Assists in safe and accurate prescription fulfillment and supports the pharmacy team.
