Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Travel within a reasonable radius to support market staffing as business needs require.
• Oversee pharmacy operations and act as the Pharmacy Manager’s proxy during shifts.
• Support safe dispensing, counseling, and immunizing practices while following procedures.
• Contribute to patient care by addressing insurance and medication issues and providing compassionate service.
• Deliver immunizations where permissible and support staff learning in immunization delivery.
