Job summary

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Dispense medications accurately and counsel patients; immunize when appropriate.
• Travel within district to cover pharmacist shifts and oversee operations as proxy for Pharmacy Manager.
• Ensure safe prescription fulfillment by following workflow procedures and safety guardrails.
