Qualifications
- Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
- Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
- Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.
Responsibilities
- Travel within a reasonable radius to support market staffing as needed.
- Regular and predictable attendance, including weekends.
- Complete required trainings within designated timeframe.
- Maintain patient safety through accurate prescription labeling and dispensing.
- Support immunizations and assist pharmacy team to deliver clinical services.
