Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a District Support Pharmacist to cover pharmacist schedules, support pharmacy teams, and ensure safe dispensing across the district. You will collaborate with the Pharmacy Manager and district leadership to maintain high standards and patient care.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Live our purpose by helping to manage and improve patient health through safe dispensing and counseling.
• Travel the district to fill pharmacist shifts and support the Pharmacy Manager’s duties.
• Support safe and accurate prescription fulfillment following established procedures.
• Assist with immunizations and coaching of Pharmacy Technicians to learn immunization.
• Contribute to inventory management with focus on cold chain protection and stock accuracy.
