Job summary

CVS Health’s District Support Pharmacists provide coverage across stores to ensure safe dispensing, patient counseling, and immunization services. You will travel within the district to fill pharmacist shifts and support the Pharmacy Manager’s day-to-day duties when needed.

The role requires an active Pharmacist License, an active NPI, and a strong commitment to patient care, safety, and teamwork in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Travel within a reasonable radius to support market staffing as business needs require.
• Regular and predictable attendance, including weekends.
• Complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Assist in dispensing, counseling, and immunization practices while ensuring patient safety.
